Removing One or more Members from your Portal

You can remove a single member, or multiple members from your portal. Their data will not be permanently deleted, and they'll retain a Gravity account, but they will no longer have access to your portal.

  1. Ensure you're logged in with the role of Manager or Owner
  2. Open the Members Table from the left navigation
  3. To remove a single member:
    1. Click the Details icon next to the user's name
    2. Click the "Remove Member" button
    3. In the right drawer, verify you're removing the correct member, and then click "Remove All"
    4. The removed member will not receive notification of their removal

  4. To remove multiple members at the same time
    1. Select all members you want to remove by checking the box next to their name
    2. Open the "Bulk Actions" menu
    3. Select "Remove Members"
    4. In the right drawer, verify you're removing the correct members
    5. Click "Remove All"
    6. The removed members will not receive notification of their removal.
