Activity Types and Priorities
Set expectations clearly.
- Assignment — work you expect completed.
- Recommendation — a suggestion to consider.
- Task — a discrete action.
Priority has four values — Urgent, High, Medium, and Low — and helps recipients triage. Use Urgent sparingly so it retains meaning.
