Advisory Settings

The Settings tab in the Advisory hub configures how advisory operates in your portal, across four sections.

Connection Settings

Control how founders and advisors can connect:

• Founder-Initiated Requests — allow founders to send match requests to advisors.
• Advisor-Initiated Invitations — allow advisors to send match requests to founders.
• ESO Admin Approval Required — require admin approval before an advisor is notified of a match request.

Match Rules

• Max Active Advisors per Founder.
• Max Active Founders per Advisor — the portal default, which individual advisors can override in their own capacity settings.
• At-Risk Threshold (days) — the number of days without a session before a match is flagged At Risk.

Session Rules

• Who Can Schedule and Log Sessions — either Advisor only, or Either advisor or founder.
• Mandatory Session Verification — require the other party to confirm each logged session.

Communication

Choose which advisory events notify admins: New Match Requests, Disputed Sessions, and At-Risk Alerts.
