Archiving Conversations
Tidy your list without deleting anything.
Your conversation list has two filters at the top: Active and Archived. Archiving moves a conversation out of Active without deleting it, and you can find it again under Archived.
Archived conversations remain available through search.
Please note: If you cannot find an archive control on a conversation, check the Archived filter to see what is already there, and ask your administrator how archiving is handled in your portal.
