Asking Questions

Ask Nova and get a personalized answer.

  1. Open Nova from the header.
  2. Type your question in the box at the bottom, which reads “Ask Nova anything…”.
  3. Press Enter to send.

Nova indicates that it is working, then the answer appears. A line above the conversation shows exactly which data it is using, for example “Using: Profile, Tools, Activities, Advisors, Programs, Academy, Marketplace.”

Asking a question from a blank state starts a new conversation, which is added to your Conversations list straight away.

Please note: Nova reasons over your real data, so it can point out inconsistencies — for example a cap table that does not match your stated funding stage. Treat those as prompts to check your profile.
