Conflict of Interest Certification
Declare that you can review fairly.
The evaluation form opens with a certification you must tick: “I certify that I do not have a conflict of interest in reviewing this application.” Submit Evaluation stays disabled until the form is complete.
If you do have a conflict — for example an investment, an advisory relationship, or a personal connection to the founder — do not certify. Tell the program manager instead so the assignment can be reallocated to someone impartial.
Please note: The certification sits at the top of the form deliberately: decide whether you can review fairly before you start scoring, not after.
