Creating a Program

Set up a new program.

Select + Create Program on the Programs Dashboard. This opens Program Design, a five-step flow: Program Details, Application Form, Managers & Alerts, Settings & Rubric, and Review.

Please note: The program is created as soon as you complete the first step. Selecting Next on Program Details saves a Draft program and moves you into that program's own Settings tab, where the remaining four steps continue. You are editing a real program from that point on, not filling in a form that saves at the end.

Step 1 — Program Details

  • Program Name — required.
  • Program Type — Accelerator, Incubator, Competition, Fellowship, or Other.
  • Status — Draft or Published. It defaults to Draft.
  • Program Start Date and Program End Date.
  • Applications Open and Applications Close dates.
  • Description — required, written in a rich text editor with headings, lists, tables, links, and embeds.
  • Industries.

The remaining steps

  1. Application Form — build the questions applicants answer.
  2. Managers & Alerts — name who runs the program and who is notified.
  3. Settings & Rubric — pipeline stages, evaluation rubric, automations, and program settings.
  4. Review — check the configuration.

Set the Status to Published on Program Details when you are ready to accept applications.

Please note: The flow is strictly sequential. The step names across the top are labels, not links — use Next and Back. Next stays disabled until the current step validates, and hovering it explains what is missing, for example that you must select a template or add questions to the application form, or add at least one rubric criterion or disable the rubric.

Please note: Finalize your application form before you publish, since it locks after the first submission.
