Why does a tool show the wrong company's data?
Tools use your active startup. Change it from My Stuff on the Startups tab.
Do I have to redo my work each time?
No. Save your work and it is retained against your active startup.
I cannot see Tools in my sidebar.
Tools is an optional module. Ask your portal administrator whether it is enabled for your role.
