Common questions about matches.
Who creates a match?
An administrator, or a founder or advisor through a match request.
Can I stop receiving new requests?
Yes. Turn off accepting new matches on the Preferences tab.
Why does a match show as At Risk?
Health is based on recorded sessions. A match is At Risk when no session has been logged in 15 or more days, so unlogged meetings still count against it.
