Finding a Feature You Cannot See
What to do when a module is missing from your sidebar.
Modules appear based on your role and whether your portal has them enabled. If something is missing:
- Confirm which role you are using, shown at the top-left of the sidebar.
- If you belong to several portals, check whether you are in the right one.
- Ask your portal administrator whether the module is enabled for your role.
Please note: If a module simply is not enabled for your portal, your administrator can request it from the Startup Science support team.
