Fundraising Round Planner

Reverse-plan your raise from the close date.

The Fundraising Round Planner works backwards from the date you want to close, so you know when to start.

  1. Set your Target Close Date.
  2. Choose your Round Type — pre-seed, seed, series-a, series-b, or series-c.
  3. Select Generate Timeline.

The planner tells you when to start preparing and lays out an Execution Timeline of milestones, each with a start date and duration — for example List Building & Prep, First Coffees / Pitching, Partner Meetings, Term Sheets Signed, and Final Due Diligence, with critical milestones marked.

Please note: Founders routinely start too late. The “start preparing around” date is the one to put in your calendar.
