I Cannot See a Module in My Sidebar

Modules depend on your role and portal settings.

Sidebar items are controlled by two things: your role in the portal, and whether the module is enabled for that portal.

  1. Check which role you are using at the top-left of the sidebar.
  2. Confirm you are in the right portal if you belong to several.
  3. Ask your portal administrator whether the module is enabled for your role.
