My Changes Are Not Saving

Check required fields and permissions.

  1. Check for required fields, usually marked with an asterisk, that have not been completed.
  2. Confirm you selected Save rather than navigating away.
  3. Confirm your role allows editing that item.

Please note: Some records lock after a certain point. For example, a program's application form can no longer be changed once the first application has been submitted.
