Program Settings

Configure the program.

The Settings tab walks through the program setup in five steps:

  • Program Details — name, type, Status (Draft or Published), program start and end dates, Applications Open and Applications Close dates, description, and industries.
  • Application Form — the questions applicants answer.
  • Managers & Alerts — the Program Team.
  • Settings & Rubric — pipeline, rubric, automations, and program settings.
  • Review — a summary of everything above.

Managers & Alerts

Headed Program Team: “Choose who manages this program and who receives the daily application digest. Toggle the bell for each person.” Use Add Program Manager to search your members and add them; each person gets a MANAGER badge and a notification bell. At least one manager must have notifications enabled before you can continue.

Settings & Rubric

  • Selection Pipeline — the stages applications move through.
  • Evaluation Rubric — the criteria reviewers score against.
  • Automations — an Auto-Reply Email sent on submission, with the subject “Application Received – [program name]” and a body you write.
  • Enable Cohorts — “Manage participants in batches (cohorts) tracking progress together.” On by default.
  • Reviewer Transparency — “Allow reviewers to see the average scores given by others after they submit their own.” Off by default.
  • Archive Program — archiving hides the program from all listings, events, evaluations, and landing pages; administrators can still reach it with the archived filter.

The Review step

Review is a read-only summary of the whole program — name, type, status, industries, description, application name and questions, the public URL, the pipeline name and stages, and the evaluation rubric — with a single Back button.

Please note: On an existing program the Settings tab opens on Review, not on Program Details. Use the step names across the top to jump to the step you want to edit.

Please note: The Review step is for checking your configuration only. Publishing is done by setting the Status field in Program Details — see Publishing a Program, or Putting It Back in Draft.
