Programs Overview
How programs are structured.
Programs bring applications, cohorts, events, evaluations, and people together into one workflow. Select Programs in the sidebar to open the Programs Dashboard, “a unified view of all acceleration activities and application funnels”.
The dashboard
A + Create Program button sits at the top right, and a Show Archived Programs toggle above the table. The dashboard has four tabs:
- All Programs — every program with its status, dates, and counts for Total, Submitted, Draft, Accepted, and Active Cohorts.
- All Applicants — applications across every program.
- Landing Pages — the public pages you publish.
- Application Links — the public apply URL for each program that collects applications.
Each program row has a … menu offering Save, Bookmark, Duplicate, Delete, and Archive. Duplicate is the quickest way to start a new intake from last year's setup. Open a program by selecting its name.

- Overview — key counts and a snapshot.
- Applications — the application pipeline.
- Evaluations — scoring and evaluator assignment.
- Cohorts — participant batches.
- People — participants, advisors, and managers.
- Events — sessions and workshops.
- Settings — configuration and the application form.
