Publishing a Program

Set a program's status to Published.

A program is published by setting its status, not by a separate publish button. Status is a field in the Program Details step of the program's Settings, and it has two values: Draft and Published.

  1. Open the program and go to Settings.
  2. Stay on the Program Details step.
  3. Set the Status field to Published.
  4. Confirm the Applications Open and Applications Close dates.
  5. Save your changes.

The program's status is shown in the Status column of the Programs list and beside the program name on its page.

Please note: Once an application has been submitted, the application form can no longer be changed, so test it thoroughly while the program is still in Draft.
