Resetting a Forgotten Password

Reset your password from the login page.

  1. Select “Forgot password?” on the login page.
  2. On the Forgot Password page, enter your email address.
  3. Select Submit.

The page explains that a password reset link will be sent to that address. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password.

Please note: If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you used the same address you signed up with.
