Responding to a Match Request
Accept or decline a proposed match.
Incoming match requests appear in the Match Requests panel. Open it with the Requests button in the Advisory hub header. When nothing is outstanding the panel reads “No pending requests.”
- Open the Advisory hub and select Requests.
- Read the request, including any message the founder added.
- Respond to it from the request card.
Accepting a request creates the match, which then appears on your My Founders tab with a Match Since date of that day. Declining is appropriate when the fit is wrong or you are at capacity — see Advisor Visibility and Availability for how to stop receiving requests altogether.
Please note: A founder can withdraw a request before you respond, in which case it disappears from your panel.
