Session Statuses Explained

• Scheduled — a future session has been booked.
• Awaiting Confirmation — one party has recorded the session and the other has not yet confirmed it took place.
• Confirmed — both parties have confirmed.
• Cancelled — the session will not or did not happen.
• Disputed — an issue has been flagged against the record.

The status shows in the Status column of both session lists and in the Session Details dialog.

Please note: Confirmation is what makes a session count. Until a session is confirmed, the founder's Last Session still reads Never, the match's Sessions total stays put, and match health does not move. Chase confirmations rather than assuming a logged session is enough.
