The Advisor Pool tab shows the advisors available in your portal, their capacity, and their visibility settings.
Use it to see who is accepting matches and who is oversubscribed before you assign more founders.
Please note: Advisors appear to founders only when they have a profile, are accepting matches, and their visibility includes that founder.
