The Matches Tab
Every advisory relationship in the portal.
The Matches tab lists every advisor and founder match with its match ID, founder, advisor, cohort, activities, start date, last session, session count, satisfaction, health, and status.
Health versus status
- Health — Active, or At Risk when no session has been recorded for longer than your portal's At-Risk Threshold (set in Advisory Settings).
- Status — Active, Paused, or Ended, describing the relationship itself.
The At-Risk Matches metric at the top of the hub counts the matches that have gone quiet. Use it to intervene before a relationship fails.
Please note: Health is calculated from recorded sessions, so a pair who meet without logging sessions will still show as At Risk.
