Understanding Activity Types
Assignment, Recommendation, and Task.
Every activity has a type that indicates what is expected:
- Assignment — work the recipient is expected to complete.
- Recommendation — a suggestion for the recipient to consider.
- Task — a discrete action to carry out.
Additional types may be configured by your portal.
