Understanding Match Health
How relationship health is calculated.
Match health reflects how recently a session took place, giving you and your portal an early signal when a relationship goes quiet. Each match in My Founders shows a Health value:
- Active — a session has taken place recently enough.
- At Risk — no session for longer than your portal's at-risk threshold.
The threshold is set per portal by your administrator, so the exact number of days varies. When any of your matches are at risk, a banner appears at the top of My Founders, for example “1 match is currently At Risk (no session in 15+ days),” with a View At Risk action that filters the list down to them.
Please note: Health is calculated from recorded sessions. If you meet a founder but never log the session, the match will still show as At Risk — so log sessions promptly.
Please note: Health is not the same as match status. Status (Active, Paused, or Ended) describes the relationship itself and appears beside the match name; Health describes recent activity within it.
