Using Activity Templates

Start a new activity from a saved template.

The Create an Activity form begins with a Load Template field. Selecting a template pre-fills the form so you do not have to retype work you assign regularly.

  1. Open Activities and select + Create New Activity.
  2. Use Load Template and choose a template.
  3. Adjust the pre-filled details for this assignment.
  4. Select your recipients and create the activities.

Please note: If the template list is empty, your portal has no saved templates yet. Combine templates with Add Recipients By Cohort or By Tag to assign standard work to a whole intake in one step.
